The Association of Marketing & Communication Professionals (AMCP) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. 1. Information You Provide to Us
We receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to participate in our competitions. AMCP will never provide your email address to a third party without your explicit permission. AMCP may send out emails with AMCP-related news, products, offers, surveys or promotions if you provide us your email address.

2. Website Use Information
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. AMCP and its authorized agents automatically receive and record certain traffic data on their server logs from your browser, including your IP address, AMCP’s cookie information, and the page you requested. We use this traffic data to help diagnose problems with servers, analyze trends and improve your website experience.

There are programs that help you visit websites anonymously. While AMCP will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience if we cannot recognize you, we do want you to be aware that these programs are available.

AMCP Personnel
AMCP personnel and authorized contractors may have access to user information if necessary in the normal course of AMCP’s business to improve visitor experience, provide better customer service, etc.

Protection of AMCP and Others

We may showcase outstanding entries to our competitions and the creative professionals behind the work, but this is done only if the entrant grants us permission during the online entry process. AMCP recognizes that many entrants are adamant about not wanting their work displayed. Only those entries that grant permission will be considered for inclusion on our various public platforms. Otherwise, only judges will see entries.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

AMCP may amend this privacy policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the privacy policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on AMCP’s website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances – if any – it is disclosed.
